You Call Them Stocks, I Call Them Cash Machines!

Ah yes, the beautiful stock chart. Every once in a while you come across some clean patterns and setups, and if they work out like their supposed to even better.

Resource Capital Corp. – RSO

I have to admit I didn’t find this one on my own, so I’ll thank the people on Twitter. The chart looked pretty good, so I thought I would share it.

RSO Analysis

Caterpillar – CAT

Along with AK Steel (AKS) and Bank of America (BAC), CAT is one of my favorite stocks to trade. (1) because I have been doing it for a long time, and (2) because it loves to move in big chunks at a time. While the current chart is not the greatest, there is a brief resistance that can see the stock spike a little here on a potential break (4-5 points).

CAT Analysis

Bank of America – BAC

The bank reports this Friday, and, like I mentioned in my Q3 review, I really think Bank of America can make some good moves here in the last quarter of 2009, and it will all start with how investors react to the earnings/news the company reports.

Over the last month, the stock has gained a lot of momentum and in order for it to continue, we’re going to need this boost. Volume has increased leading into earnings, so lets hope for the best… you can never guess how people react to news.

BAC Analysis

AK Steel – AKS

This company has been amid takeover rumors for a while now, but it seems like the chatter has been picking up. Volume has been on the rise over the last couple of trading days and both MACD and RSI are in bullish form. I like this current play as long as stock stays above 50 SMA (blue line).

AKS Analysis

Clearwire – CLWR

We started tracking this particular move last week, and you can see the pattern has held up. We bumped off the 62% retracement and continued along the 50% line. Obviously we want to see a bounce higher here, which yesterday’s move hinted to.

CLWR Analysis

So there you have, 5 charts that look pretty to me. Now lets hope they perform. Like always you can see a different trend analysis here.
