Brazil was supposed to be the market of 2010 and beyond. The next frontier if you want to call it that. While we are still relatively young in this time span, I even went as far to throw my favorite Brazilian stock VALE into my 4 stocks to buy in 2010.
Well it seems like some chatter about the the Brazilian market has started to pick up over the last couple of weeks.
