Solar and wind energy are desperately needed to relive the imported oil costs on the overall American economy. Any plan to deceneralize the manufacture of components for both solar and wind generation, to existing centers will benefit the American population, but as we all know, the economics of scale and the fact that the Chinese work for about 85 cents an hour make it unlikely that it can be done at a profit. The (GRD) great republican depression is a necessary purge and catharsis for the American people, reducing them to shanty-dwellings on diets they grow in composted, humanured veggie patches, before they can learn to appreciate any new prosperity good government can bring them, without forming unions and strangling efforts to recover, and pricing themselves out of the picture with high social demands and diets the only other animal on earth can survive are pigs! No matter what Obama does, it will be victimized by the American citizen's sense of "entitlement" and their wasteful shameful way of life. I can see it all now, great fat asses, corn and hormone laced meat fed, in air-conditioned unionized taxpayer bought factories, sliding through shifts to go home to McMansions fit for royalty, in SUV's that drink the world's resources dry, and thumbing their noses at the practical application of the very products they manufacture! As was said before, you cannot make a silk purse from a sows ear, and America is hell-bent on a Hollywood and advertising promoted dream life, about to hit the wall called reality! Even G d cannot change the set-up they are in and they will hit the wall with a very greasy splat indeed!
