Southwest Airlines has managed to stay strong through so many different market conditions; however, even the Southwest is no match for the price of oil… so they say. as they post their first quarterly loss in 17 years.

Missed earnings have the ability to hurt not just one stock, but everything else that has some sort of relation to it.
