Whether it is renting, buying, watching, reading, I enjoy anything real estate. If done correctly there is the potential for great returns. I thought I would share a few great real estate articles I have come across.

Rob over at TwoWiseAcres talks about using a self-directed IRA to invest in real estate.

Over at Real Estate Investing for Real, Richard discusses the “rehabber’s eye” and being able to see if a house will actually make you money.

Steve at the Property Pundit shares his thoughts on the need to creating a team in order to create a good support system.

At the Real Estate Blog, Lane maps out Real Estate Investing 101.

So these are just some of the interesting articles I came across. Have fun.

Did you know you can invest in real estate inside your IRA or Solo 401(k) just as you can traditional assets?

Millennium Trust Company (http://www.mtrustcompany.com/services/ira/real.asp) located in Oak Brook, IL, custodies real estate in self directed IRAs and solo 401(k)s. They can walk you thru the process. Try contacting Sandra Reese at sreese@mtrustcompany.com for more info.

Hi Sandra, saw your comment. At the IRA LLC Partner, we are seeing an increase in the number of investors looking to self direct their retirement. A number of our clients are now setting up a self directed real estate IRA to invest in alternative assets, especially in foreclosed real estate.
