Wow it is amazing to think it is already December. Where has the time gone? This year is going by super fast. Lets hope this last month won’t let us all down.

Although the housing market is going through rough patches, there are still great properties to invest in. A popular trend right now are real estate vultures. They basically swoop down and buy foreclosures or buildings that need to be sold, for a cheap price, and then eventually sell it later. The video explains it more.

I am normally do not more in and out of positions daily, but whenever I can watch video of daytrading, it gets me pumped to go out and do it right now.
