Contrary to what it may look like, the Dow (INDU) has steadily been on the rise over that past couple of months. Now the question is if we break past 13000 with conviction? If we do, then I see a huge rally in the preceding months aka summer.

Remember last summer? The Dow hit that stride that carried it up to 14000, only to sink back down in the later seasons. Could the very same thing happen???? We are basically at the very same point as one year ago.
