How ’bout them Bigger Pockets

I recently came across the community, BiggerPockets.com. The next thing I know I already spent an hour just reading through member’s posts. The site is a real estate forum and social network. It brings members off all different levels together. The “goal is to become the leading resource for everyone seeking the information and advice needed to make money with real estate.”

There are many things the site can be used for. Some ideas include but not limited to:

• Build real estate team
• Find partners
• Find properties
• Discuss real estate stories

To start out you must first create a user account (free of course). From there you can dive straight into the message boards or take the time to fill our your social network profile. It is all pretty simple and pain-free to setup. After you sign up, you are able to go through the thousands of posts that have been submitted. I know from first hand account that, besides just being informative, the community has tons of interesting and entertaining stories.

The community already has over 12,000 members and still growing strong. I could talk about it for hours, but I think it would be more fun and time efficient if you just check it out for yourself.
