Heading to India

Dec 17th, 2007 | By TheWild1 | Category: General

On Wednesday December 19, 2007, the Wild1 will be spreading his wings and heading off to India. I will be there until January 1. The main purpose of the trip is to attend my cousin’s wedding, but why not try and turn it into a money making opportunity? So other then visiting and hanging out with my relatives, I am going to try and see if there are any worth “wild” investments that grab my attention.

mumbai

I have already planned to meet with the Founder Sameer Nerurkar of Samira Habitats. His business has made rapid moves in the last couple of years and one of the hottest acts in the Mumbia area. Their expertise lies in strategic land development. Basically Samira Habitats is looking for investors to purchase a bundle of land, while they develop the land and surrounding area. Eventually they will buy back the land from you at the agreed upon contract, and all parties will be better off. But, of course, this is just a short excerpt of what the company does. I will be sure to fill you in as I meet with him.

Along with the meeting, I will also try to see what changes have been made in India’s new booming economy. It has been about 6 years since I last visited and according to my relatives a lot has changed. I will shares photos, stories, and hopefully video.

Of course everything is not all well. I am not fond of the fact that I will be out of the U.S. during the holidays. I just don’t think it will be the same atmosphere I’m used to. On the other hand, what is so great about what I do is that it can be done anywhere in the world, with connection to the internet of course.

So stayed tuned because The Wild Investor isn’t going to miss a step. Oh no.. we are going to blast into 2008. Better yet make sure you don’t miss a step. Sign up to receive post through your e-mail daily. It only takes 10 seconds.

What are your plans for the holiday season? Is there anything you would like me to check out in India?
