Don’t Buy Just Yet?

If you had been listening to those nutcases telling you to stay long cash, then you probably missed out on some great gains this week; however, don’t rush out and start buying everything in site.

As a bullish thinker, I can’t help but be a little skeptical on the current short-term outlook of the market. I have tracked it long enough to know that one good bull run up is just leading to another bear run down.

Stocks all over the board were experiencing multiple point gains, and I can’t help but think stocks may have been a tad over-bought. Yes, you read correctly.

Sure the government came out and announced some good mumbo jumbo. Everybody got excited and started throwing money at the markets. It has been so long since we have seen a nice little bull run like so. This leads me to believe that Monday could leave us with some huge profit-taking, and that is where we can begin to buy.

So stay patient and don’t try to chase after any trade. There are so many opportunities in this market for you to make money. These are the consequences of sitting on the sideline.
