Chart Examination – EMC, INTC
Here are some of the things I was looking at today.
EMC Corporation – EMC
- When EMC had their nice run last week, I took off some of my position because I thought they would go back down in the next couple of days… still waiting. However, it is down today and we can only guess where it is going to go
- For me to put my position back in, I would probably wait until the stock hits 24
- Price Targets range from 27 down to 24
- Lot of people are having trouble evaluating whether VMware (VMW) is too high or EMC is too low.
Intel – INTC
- I see a cup and handle formation here and expect it breaking out pretty soon.
- Target price is 30
- So for right now I put that extra cash into INTC, while I wait to see what EMC is doing
- I have bought this at 26.72

I liked INTC prior to today….pattern is still some what intact. Guess I’ll wait it out.
I think the EMC chart is very nice. Should be a nice play when it comes back to the MA.
