Beware of the Cat

April 7th, 2008 | Filed under: Stock Recommendations

I managed to get my first video up. I still have some work to do to fix the audio, but it isn’t too bad for now. The video covers my outlook on Caterpillar (CAT).

It has made a good run, and I have profited off of it very nicely; nonetheless, it might be time to reconsider the current status of the stock. As you will probably be able to tell, there were no scripts involved. I like to call it chart improvisation.

Video Summary

CAT is hanging around the 200 day moving average. If stock pushes up away from the average, then I see it testing the current 52 week high of $87; otherwise, I see the stock coming back down to $72 and even $68. If you want to hang on to the stock, then put a order to sell if stock drops below $76.70. There might not even be that much movement to be excited with this stock.

Lets make money (haha.. yeah that is definitely cheesy).
