S&P Capital IQ
This free iPad app allows users to track stocks on the S&P 500.
Instapaper
This app is available on most devices at a cost of $3.99. Save those financial articles to read while you are on the go. I love this app especially on the metro where I have no service at all.
Paper
This free iPad app is great if you need to teach somebody how to trade stocks or explain a new trading strategy.
Zite
This free iPad app allows you to curate a subscription of articles based on your settings and what you want to read.
