3 Stocks that Saw 100% THIS Year

I was just randomly running stock scans that other day, and decided to see if there were any stocks that had seen 100% return within the last year.

The scan brought up 4 stocks, with two of them being health care, one auto, and another real estate (which I throughout because it wasn’t really up 100% over the last year). So the three stocks were:

• Almost Family (afam) – 142%
• Emergent BioSolutions (ebs) – 323%
• Fuel Systems Solutions (fsys) – 100%

Now the obvious thinking here is “what if,” but that really does not solve any problems. Sometimes we just have to do a little CSI work and figure out how we could have possibly found a way to get returns like these in a market seeing somewhat complete opposite returns.

What if there was a system that allowed you to invest in these stocks during the same time frame and make more return then each individual stock actually did?

I decided to put MarketClub to the test and see what they had been predicting for this stock over the 1 year time frame.

For those that don’t know:

• Green triangle means stock should go up.
• Red triangle means stock should go down.

To be honest, I was expecting MarketClub to do a decent job with two stocks at the max. Instead.. well I’ll just let the charts do the talking:

The triangle trade not only predicted the overall trend, but could have also allowed you to ride each individual wave, which would have made you more returns then just the beginning and end of run.

Now I’m sure MarketClub is not accurate 100% of the time, so I took some time and tried to find a stock when its wrong:

Those 3 stocks showed some great returns on investment, but amazingly the triangle trade showed even better.
