2008 and Continuing

Jul 1st, 2008 | By TheWild1 | Category: General

How quickly time goes by. It just seemed like yesterday we were entering the year 2000. Now we are half way through 2008 and experiencing one of the worst periods in the market history. The main story of this time was oil. How much do we have left and how can we find more? Depending on the answer for that day, so went the market.

As we move into the last half of 2008, it doesn’t seem like anything is going to change. If anything it looks like it could be getting worse. It seems like anything originated in the United States is failing, while other countries are looking at the U.S like a bargain bin.

Here are the top ten post at TWI for the first half of 2008:

The first half of 2008 was alright, but plan for many things to come in the second half. Some things to expect include:

TWI Fund

I plan to manage and run a fictional fund. There will be some sort of set capital, and I will keep a detailed and running tally of all the transactions that take place, and why I have chosen selected stocks.

Personal Finance E-books

It seems like books are now outdated. With all the technology people carry around with them nowadays, it makes it easier to have some form of electronic books or e-books. I hope to release a couple self-written e-books helping people in the world of personal finance.

Videos

I have been in the process of already starting this. There is already a YouTube channel setup; however, I really want to try and push this more. It seems like everywhere you go now somebody has made a video about something.

More information on these things will be unveiled as these events draw closer to launch. So stay tuned, and make sure to subscribe to the TWI feed so you don’t miss a single thing.
